Form Response Router.

On a Google Form submission, normalizes the response and routes it by field through a configurable rules engine (equals / contains / oneOf / regex / default) to Slack, email, or a CRM. Uses an installable form-submit trigger. Programmatic submissions and API writes do not fire this trigger; those integrations need an explicit routing call.
